1. Nature of the service

Opelli Crest is an information service that publishes public Eurojackpot and Viking Lotto results, archives and statistics. We do not host gambling or sell tickets.

2. Limited licence

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Automated scraping or commercial republication of the data is prohibited without written permission.

3. Limitation of liability

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that results are completely error-free. Official results are available from each operator's own channels. Opelli Crest is not liable for damages arising from differences between official data and data published on the site. Statistics are illustrative and do not predict future draws.

4. User account

Creating an account is free and requires you to be at least 18. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

5. Premium subscription

Premium is a paid digital service activated on your account after successful payment. Prices (VAT included): €4.90/month, €39/year or €129 one-off. The current price is confirmed at checkout before payment.

Billing and renewal. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are handled by a PCI DSS certified payment provider; we never store full card details.

Cancellation. You can cancel a recurring plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Right of withdrawal. Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. As Premium is digital content supplied immediately, we ask for your explicit consent to start the service and your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost, as permitted by consumer protection law.

Price changes. Price increases for recurring plans are announced at least 30 days in advance.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Registered users are notified of material changes 14 days in advance.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumers may refer disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board or to the district court of their domicile. Other disputes are settled in the Larsgatan 55 08100 Lojo District Court.
